Bikini Kill- Alien She

Today I played this album at work and had three people come up and ask us to turn it off, but luckily my coworkers were watching out for my need for moderate volume Bikini Kill during the afternoon rush.  Sometimes I worry about people’s inability to listen to women yelling.  No one ever ever ever asks me to turn off music where masculine sounding voices are yelling.  I felt pretty angry.
